We are honored that you have chosen The Bird Dog as your venue!
All we will need to reserve your date is full payment and a signed contract.
The questions below are what we will use to create your contract. You will receive your contract via email and be able to sign it electronically via Adobe sign.
Please also take a moment to read through our “Helpful Information” section at the end of this page.
Please note that if you are having a small wedding at The Bird Dog we require you do a 12 hour rental/$1,500 and it is 25 guests max. Additional tables and chairs (besides those listed below) will need to be brought in/rented by client. There is no BYOB allowed at Bird Dog Micro Weddings. If you would like alcohol at your Bird Dog Micro Wedding, you will need to purchase bar service from The Raymond.
All Bird Dog events including Micro Weddings may only be booked 90 days prior to the event.

Pay your booking fee when you receive your invoice along with your contract. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards/debit cards.
This can be done online through the invoice link, by phone, mail, or in person.

Note: all payments will need to include 7% sales tax. If you pay with a credit card/debit cards there will be an additional processing fee.

Please note Bird Dog reservations/booking may only take place at least 90 days prior to the event date.
We process bookings on a first come first received basis. No event is booked until a booking fee is paid and your contract is signed.
