please note
We do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with The Raymond listed as the additional insured to be returned 30 days prior to your wedding or event day. Approximate insurance cost - $175.
Mississippi charges a 7% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.
The The Raymond Planning, The Raymond Florals, The Rental Collection & Bar Service are offered in addition to our rental fee for an additional cost. These additions are totally optional.
When paying The Raymond Venue rental cost with a credit card there is 3% charge, if you would like to avoid this fee you may pay with cash or check.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract & bar service rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour.
Bar service invoices will include 7% sales tax, 20% service charge, and a $250 bar set up fee.
