your personal insurance
This personal insurance can be purchased here through Event Guard Insurance. They will automatically email us a copy. If you would rather purchase this through your personal insurance provider you can do that instead.
Your personal Event Insurance should include the following:
• $1 Million limited liability insurance
• Liquor Liability (if ANY alcohol is being served)
2. your caterer’s Serv safe certificate
3. your caterer’s certificate of liability insurance
Your or your caterer may email these document to us at theraymondvenue@gmail.com
• Both documents need to be up to date
• If a caterer has already given us these documents they do not need to resend them unless they are out of date.
