We are honored that you have chosen The portico as your event space!

All Portico events may only be booked 90 days prior to the event. All we will need to reserve your date is full payment and a signed contract.

The questions below are what we will use to create your contract. You will receive your contract via email and be able to sign it electronically.

* please note if you are also having your wedding the next day with us this 3 pm- 9 pm Portico rehearsal rental includes access to the full Raymond Venue property.

Helpful Information:

  • Pay your booking fee when you receive your invoice along with your contract. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards/debit cards.

    This can be done online through the invoice link, by phone, mail, or in person.

    Note: all payments will need to include 7% sales tax. If you pay with a credit card/debit cards there will be an additional processing fee.

  • Please note Portico reservations/booking may only take place at least 90 days prior to the event date.

    We process bookings on a first come first received basis. No event is booked until a booking fee is paid and your contract is signed.
